Managua: The volcanic island called The Iguana Island, located about 19 and a half kilometers from the coast of the Central American country of Nicaragua, is being sold for 376,627 pounds (about 10.5 million rupees).
This five-acre island is surrounded by banana and coconut trees.
And it's a freehold property, which is not common in a tropical location near the US.
According to Private Islands Inc., a real estate website, Iguana Island has a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home.
Featuring a porch, dining room, bar and living space, as well as additional crew accommodation on the other side of the island, all built to a modern standard by an American developer.
For those who want to add their own touch, Metro reports.
There is sufficient room to construct a pool.There is also a fishing pier to the west of the island. Iguana Island is not completely cut off from the outside world.
